We specialize in coordinating the transportation of goods by connecting shippers with authorized and vetted motor carriers. We do not operate as a motor carrier unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Carrier Responsibility

All carriers engaged by TDE GLOBAL TRANSPORT LLC are independent contractors.

• Carriers are solely responsible for transportation, handling, and delivery of freight.
• We make reasonable efforts to vet carriers but do not guarantee their performance.
• Any claims related to loss, damage, or delay must be filed according to the carrier’s terms and applicable law.

7. Compliance & Ethical Standards

We operate in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, including FMCSA guidelines. We maintain zero tolerance for fraud, double brokering, or unethical practices within our logistics network.
